What role does kneading play in carbon production?

Solid carbon raw material particles and materials are mixed with binder at a certain temperature to form a plastic paste. This production process is called kneading. Kneading has the following three functions in carbon production:

 

1. Make all kinds of raw materials evenly mixed, and make all kinds of particles of different sizes evenly mixed and filled to form a solid mixture with high degree.

 

2. It is convenient for the material and binder to mix evenly, and the liquid binder is evenly coated on the surface of the dry material particles. All particles are bonded with each other by the adhesive force of the binder, and the paste is endowed with plastic utilization and molding.
